Easy Returns / Replacement

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

The refund amount will be in a form of Voucher Code of exact same order value which can be redeemed on website itself. The amount can be redeemed anytime during your next purchase with a validity period of 90 days from the date of voucher issue. 

The voucher will be issued once the return item reaches us and it passes through the quality check inspection.

Note - You need to send the return item in its proper condition with original packing at your own cost. We will not provide reverse pickup.

The coupon code amount needs to be redeemed in a single purchase only. For Eg:- If you have refunded an order worth 799 you need to redeem it for amount equal to 799 or more. Any balance amount will not be carry forwarded for your next purchase and the coupon will stand invalid. 

The discount voucher cannot be reimbursed in cash and needs to be redeemed as per validity and terms and conditions of the website. Also the refund can be done only once.

Even if you receive the damaged item, you need to intimate us within 48 hours of receipt and we will give a Voucher Code for the same amount which can be used to reorder the item from website.

The coupon can be used to purchase any item from only our website and not on any other e-commerce platform.

 

Replacement / Refund is only allowed once per any transaction.
