Refund Policy

Easy Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

For initiating return, you need to ship the parcel back to us at your own cost and once we receive the product - this will go under inspection and then your refund will be approved within 3 working days after the receipt of the product.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Replacement

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item or let us know if you need any help by mailing to our support team contact@hokipo.in or WhatsApp Support Number - +91-9321224022

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Note-

Customer must ship the product back to us at its own cost.

Customer needs to return the shipment to us in proper condition and in its original packing to avoid any deductions.  

Coupon Code amount will not be applicable for refunds. Actual paid amounts will only be refunded.
